After reading Cooper and Cici's story I now have another total book boyfriend crush! At the rate I am going with my Melissa Foster book boyfriend crushes my husband is going to start to get worried! In this 4th book of the Wild Boys Series, we get to fall in love with Cooper and Cici. After their encounter at a film festival, a week that went beyond what either of them had ever experienced before, they never saw one another again, despite how strong the attraction to each other had been and the promises they made. Cooper and Cici simply went their separate ways but for Cici, she was left with a permanent and wonderful reminder of the man who had simply taken her breath away..... a beautiful daughter. Cooper's daughter! For Cooper, life was also complicated in a way Cici could not have imagined.
Fast forward 4 years and the couple meet again. The intensity of the love they had found before has never weakened. In fact, its still smouldering hot! However, there is one small complication..........a gorgeous child that Cooper knows nothing about! How Melissa Foster manages to write such sexy books and tug at the readers heart strings along the way is amazing! This is a fantastic book and I loved it! I really enjoy a story when two main characters find a way, despite the odds, to find one another again, overcoming many obstacles along the way. It was a little sad that Cici was left on her own to raise a child but Cooper's reasons for not contacting her again are truly heartbreaking. Had he known about his daughter, maybe he might have coped better with the tragedy that killed his father and blinded his mother. Oh so many what ifs!! So many frustrations! Its enough to drive you insane! Well done Melissa Foster on another great book!
